After being in hospital with our 4 month old for hours on end we were starving, don't know Scarborough that well for food ect, didn't fancy a mcds. Googled, we had 20 minutes before it shut. They made our food and oh my goodness it was gorgeous, highly recommend. To say it was nearly closing time it was absolutely spot on.
First came here over 25 years ago and they were the nicest pizzas we'd ever had. Came ever year until we gave up the caravan. Came twice in one weekend last year and again this and the STILL are the nicest pizzas I've ever had! Why would anyone go to a 'chain' pizza shop when this fabulous independent is in the town? Be back next year during next year s Scarborough jazz festival.
Two good pizza takeaways in town and flames is one of them, there's a shop on the other side of the road so usually buying beer whilst it's cooking, Atmosphere hmm not sure
Chicken Kebab, very tasty with salad all fresh , as were sauces provided in tubs. And the amount I got, excellent value for money. Friendly staff
Highly recommend this place! Not only was the service excellent but the food was 10/10....food was made fresh and portion size was great. Will definitely be coming back soon. Ordered the mixed kebab and it was delicious :)

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The garlic mayo was especially good, way better than Dominos. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Scarborough.
